1、产品量程选择：
为了使产品精度、寿命、稳定性等功能达到最佳效果，产品的量程选择参照以下公式计算：
量程 = 系统最大压力 X （1.2-1.5）倍；
产品的实际测量压力范围，应该在量程范围的15%-80%；

2、产品供电及输出：
供电范围；直流12-30VDC；
PNP开关型和NPN开关型的控制电路的区别；
PNP及NPN开关量输出的带负载能力，驱动电流小于1.2A；
是否需要带4-20mA变送输出；
还RS485-RTU输出时，请先了解通讯协议；

3、用户要了解产品的测量介质特性：
介质规格、介质温度、介质纯度（是否含有杂质或颗粒等）；

4、用户要了解产品的安装环境及安装方式：

使用注意事项

产品供电24VDC（范围：9-30VDC）；
严禁使用硬物（如：螺丝刀、手指、铁钉等）去使得压芯体受压力测量输出；
电源和信号线按订购产品规格要求，正确接线；
产品安装时，受力部位为“过程连接六方扳手位”，扳手规格与六方相对应；
严禁被测系统的介质温度、压力量程、激励电压超过变送器的额定使用范围；
注意保护变送器引出电缆，现场使用跨度过大时，建议使用金属管保护或架空；
产品安装于通风、干燥、无强腐蚀环境，露天安装加防护装置，避免阳光直接照射；
线路连接尽量短；采用屏蔽线；尽量避免直接接近引起干扰的用户装置或电器和电子装置的接线若用微型软管安装，
壳体必须单独接地

错误代码
Er01---开关 1 输出短路，出现错误输出关闭且再不控制。排除措施：排除短路后，重新上电。
Er02---开关 2 输出短路，出现错误输出关闭且再不控制。排除措施：排除短路后，重新上电。
Er12---开关 1/2 输出同时短路，出现错误输出关闭且再不控制。排除措施：排除短路后，重新上电。
ErEP---EEPROM 数据校验出错，可能原因是
强烈的电磁干扰或者某个器件故障。排除措施：断电后重新上电，或者进入高级用户菜单恢复工厂设置。
ErAd---仪表内部模数转换出错，可能原因是强烈的电磁干扰或者某个器件故障。排除措施：排除电磁干
扰源，仪表壳体合理接地。

Error code

Er01 --- the output of switch 1 is short circuited. In case of error, the output is closed and it is not controlled again. Troubleshooting measures: after removing the short circuit, power on again.

Er02 --- the output of switch 2 is short circuited. In case of error, the output will be closed and will not be controlled again. Troubleshooting measures: after removing the short circuit, power on again.

Er12 --- the output of 1 / 2 switch is short circuited at the same time, and the wrong output is closed without control. Troubleshooting measures: after removing the short circuit, power on again.

ErEP---EEPROM data verification error, the possible cause is

Strong electromagnetic interference or failure of a device. Troubleshooting: power on again after power failure, or enter advanced user menu to restore factory settings.

ERAD --- internal analog-to-digital conversion error of the instrument, which may be caused by strong electromagnetic interference or a device failure. Elimination measures: eliminate electromagnetic drying

The interference source and instrument shell shall be properly grounded.
