Ordering considerations
1. Product range selection:
In order to achieve the best effect of product accuracy, life, stability and other functions, the range selection of the product is calculated by referring to the following formula:
Range = x (1.2-1.5) times of the maximum system pressure;
The actual measuring pressure range of the product should be 15% - 80% of the range;
2. Product power supply and output:
Power supply range: DC 12-30vdc;
The difference of control circuit between PNP switch type and NPN switch type;
The output capacity of PNP and NPN switching value with load, driving current less than 1.2A;
Whether 4-20mA transmission output is required;
3. The user should understand the measurement medium characteristics of the product:
Medium specification, medium temperature, medium purity (whether containing impurities or particles, etc.);
4. Users should understand the installation environment and installation mode of the product:
Indoor or outdoor installation;
Ambient temperature;
Required sealing level;
Vibration range of equipment;

Precautions for use
Product power supply 24VDC (range: 9-30vdc);
It is strictly prohibited to use hard objects (such as screwdriver, finger, iron nail, etc.) to make the pressure core body under pressure measurement output;
The power and signal wires shall be correctly wired according to the specifications of the ordered products;
When the product is installed, the stressed part is "process connection hexagon wrench position", and the wrench specification corresponds to hexagon;
It is strictly prohibited that the medium temperature, pressure range and excitation voltage of the tested system exceed the rated use range of the transmitter;
Pay attention to protect the outgoing cable of the transmitter. When the span is too large on site, it is recommended to use metal pipe for protection or overhead;
The product is installed in a ventilated, dry and non corrosive environment, and installed in the open with protective devices to avoid direct sunlight;
The line connection shall be as short as possible; shielded wire shall be used; direct access to the user device causing interference or the wiring of electrical and electronic devices shall be avoided as far as possible if the micro hose is used for installation,

错误代码
如果因使用不当或仪表内部出现故障时,仪表会显示故障码,并停止开关量与模拟的输出,并闪烁显示提示用户及时检修,各故障码含义如下:
Er01---开关1输出短路,出现错误输出关闭且再不控制。
措施:排除短路后,重新上电
Er02---开关2输出短路,出现错误输出关闭且再不控制。
措施:排除短路后,重新上电
Er12---开关1/2输出同时短路,出现错误输出关闭且再不控制。
措施:排除短路后,重新上电。
ErEP---EEPROM数据校验出错,可能原因是强烈的电磁干扰或者某个器件故障。
措施:断电后重新上电,或者进入高级用户菜单恢复工厂设置。
ErAd---仪表内部模数转换出错,可能原因是强烈的电磁干扰或者某个器件故障。
措施:排除电磁干扰,仪表壳体合理接地。
若以上故障码出现,经排查检测重新上电如仍旧无法正常工作,请与我公司联系。
Error code
In case of improper use or internal failure of the instrument, the instrument will display the fault code, stop the switching value and analog output, and flash the display to prompt the user to repair in time. The meaning of each fault code is as follows:
Er01 --- the output of switch 1 is short circuited. In case of error, the output is closed and it is not controlled again.
Measure: after removing the short circuit, power on again
Er02 --- the output of switch 2 is short circuited. In case of error, the output will be closed and will not be controlled again.
Measure: after removing the short circuit, power on again
Er12 --- the output of 1 / 2 switch is short circuited at the same time, and the wrong output is closed without control.
Measure: after removing the short circuit, power on again.
EREP -- EEPROM data verification error, which may be caused by strong electromagnetic interference or a device failure.
Action: power on again after power failure, or enter advanced user menu to restore factory settings.
ERAD --- internal analog-to-digital conversion error of the instrument, which may be caused by strong electromagnetic interference or a device failure.
Measures: eliminate electromagnetic interference and properly ground the instrument shell.
