computing method

1) The change of liquid level at reference point of static level △ HJ (mm) can be calculated according to the following formula:

△Hj=Kj(Fj-Foj)

Here: kJ sensor coefficient of reference point of static level (M0 / F):

FJ - real time measurement value of datum point of static level (f);

FoJ - initial reading of the reference point of the static level (f).

2) The change of liquid level at the observation point of static level △ HX (mm) can be calculated according to the following formula:

△Hx=Kx (Fox- -Fx)

Here: sensor coefficient of KX static level observation point (mm / F):

Initial reading of fox static level observation point (f);

FX - the real-time measured value of the observation point of the static level (f).

3) The variation of settlement or rise of each observation point △ H (mm) can be calculated according to the following formula:

△lH=△Hx+△Hj

=Kx(Fox- -Fx) +Kj(Fj- -Foj)

Note: when △ h is negative, it means settlement; when △ h is positive, it means rise.

Installation steps of monitoring point

1) . drilling of installation position

About at the position where the fixed line is needed (under the water pipe) 1.5m One hole of ~ 2m. The ballast bed needs to be drilled at the position of measuring point, the position of structural settlement measuring point, the position of static level support, and the position of data acquisition box.

General drilling standards: 12mm for the tunnel wall, 12mm for the track bed, 18mm for the structural settlement measuring point, and the position of the fixed support shall be drilled according to the size of the collision bolt.

2) . bracket installation

Each static level gauge of our company is equipped with an installation plate, which has the function of side installation and horizontal installation. According to the site requirements, users first fix the plate on the pt500-szy-01 level gauge with bolts, and then drill holes at the measuring points.

3) . wire layout and installation, water pipe connection

According to the distance between measuring points, the wire layout and installation shall be cut into corresponding distance which is more than two meters in case of insufficient length. First, connect the measuring points of pt500-szy-0 static level at the reference point, and then connect each measuring point in series to disconnect the tee and sensor data line at the measuring point

Water pipe connection: the water pipe connection is similar to the wire connection, one difference is that the connection is disconnected at the turning point.

When the water pipe is installed on the tank, if it is not easy to install, it needs to be connected 10 seconds later when the water is boiled on the street. When cutting the water pipe, it is necessary to cut the interface flush or it will leak water.

4) . water tank filling and leveling

The water tank shall be filled with its own water pump and bucket, and a pipe shall be set aside to connect to the water pump for water filling in sequence. The filling pressure shall not be too large to prevent air bubbles from entering. Water shall be kept in the bucket to prevent the water pump from sucking in air.

5) Data collection box is installed in the connecting channel and fixed on the wall with expansion bolts.
