Precautions for ordering PT100/Thermocouple temperature sensor

1. Product range selection:
In order to achieve the best effect of product accuracy, service life, stability and other functions, the range of the product is calculated according to the following formula:
Range = x (1.2-1.5) times the maximum temperature of the system;
The actual measuring pressure range of the product should be 15% - 80% of the measuring range;

2. Product output / accuracy level / acquisition method:
Different product specifications and accuracy levels:
PT100 type: Class A, class B, class 1 / 3B
Thermocouple type: class I, II and III
The back-end acquisition mode of the temperature sensor shall match the output of the sensor
PT100 type: resistance signal. The resistance signal of Pt100 can be collected as required by the acquisition instrument or input module or board;
PT1000 type: resistance signal. The resistance signal of PT1000 can be collected as required by the acquisition instrument or input module or board;
Thermocouple type: MV voltage signal. The signal of thermocouple can be collected as required by the acquisition instrument or input module or board;

3. Users need to understand the characteristics of the measuring medium of the product:
Medium specification, medium temperature, medium purity (whether it contains impurities or particles, etc.);
