Precautions for ordering PT100/thermocouple transmitter sensor products

1. Product range selection:
In order to achieve the best effect of product accuracy, service life, stability and other functions, the range of the product is calculated according to the following formula:
Range = x (1.2-1.5) times the maximum temperature of the system;
The actual measuring pressure range of the product should be 15% - 80% of the measuring range;

2. Product output / accuracy level / power supply mode:
Current type: 4-20mA (two-wire system), 0-20mA (three wire system);
Voltage type: 0-5vdc, 0-10vdc, 0.5-4.5vdc (three wire system);
Digital communication type: rs485-rtu, TTL, RS232, low power consumption RS485 (four wire system);

Precautions for use
Precautions for use of Pt100 temperature transmitter

For installation and use, please check whether the relevant parameters of the product label and certificate are consistent with the operating conditions;
When the thermal resistance / thermocouple is installed, its insertion depth shall not be less than 8 ~ 10 times of the outer diameter of the thermal resistance protection tube;
Increase the heating part of thermal resistance / thermocouple as much as possible;
The thermal resistance / thermocouple shall be installed vertically as far as possible to prevent bending and deformation at high temperature.
In order to reduce the error during the use of thermal resistance / thermocouple, the surface of protective sleeve shall be close to the temperature of measured medium as much as possible;
When installing the product, the stressed part is "process connection hexagonal wrench position", and the wrench specification corresponds to the hexagonal wrench position;
It is strictly prohibited that the medium temperature, pressure range and excitation voltage of the measured system exceed the rated service range of the transmitter;
Pay attention to protect the sensor / transmitter cable or compensation wire;
Try to avoid direct access to user devices or electrical appliances causing interference;
